Wow, do they even make towers that aren't made from bloody plexiglass anymore? What if I don't want a fish tank for my motherboard?
You could get something like my case, the ASUS AP201 microATX case which is just mesh panels on every side. Super well engineered and i like it a lot, actually
Now that's more like it. Still, I don't know that it's the kind of thing that would prevent me from repurposing my Corsair Carbide 200R. Guess it would depend on what kind of airflow I'd need in my rebuild.
I can see the cat hair accumulation in those grates even now.
Lol oh nooooo
That truly is the downside of having lovely pets around. I guess having positive pressure for your case helps, though?
Also, controlled air inputs and exits with removable first filters that can be easily (ideal is magnetic) removed to clean. Giant whole panel vents with no first pass filter is a no go for me (at one point in the recent past I had up to 13 cats).
The entire front mesh of this case is removable, and there's a magnetic filter behind it. Very easy to clean!
Its the plastic on front i have issue with, that comes before the mesh. I think I said it below, I've got 13 cats.
