Version 0.61 Released

Release notes:

- Many compatibility updates and some optimizations, including a fix for controller input causing screen highlight on Android.
- Over 1050 games confirmed to be playable now.
- Preliminary Namco System 246 support. This is only supported in the desktop version at the moment.
