Definitely a big fan of all the speakeasy type bars in Chicago.

Shoutout to The Alderman in Pilsen if you're looking for cocktails.

I just got back from Carol's Pub in... Ravenswood? Andersonville? Both? It was very nice! Good atmosphere and not pricey.

Dmen or Beer Temple for beer. Scofflaw or Longman for cocktails. Delilah's for whiskey.

Maria's Packaged Goods and Community Bar. A ton of beer on tap, lots of space indoor and outdoor, multiple restaurants that change over time, consistently good staff, option to stock up on your way out, in the interesting side of the city.
