As someone who does recruiting for our company, if you're this passionate about D&D/run D&D events then definitely include it in your resume. Not only does it look good that you do extra curriculars, D&D players work at companies too, and will be excited to interview you if you have this
You joke, but the skills learned in DMing are incredibly useful on a resume. Run a few Adventures League games and include that and your recruiter probably will be impressed. It’s easy to teach people how to do their job, but it’s very difficult to teach someone how to lead people and think on your feet.

Recruiters love buzzwords, even if they don't know what they mean.
