[Feature request] Highlight user comments, posts and mentions (feddit.de)

As the title said I'd like to have some sort of visual indication which comments and posts are made by me or mention me.

Yes I can look for my user name but that's not convenient. Maybe coloring the right border of my post in the current primary color is a good way to do that.

I think there's value in highlighting posts interacting with me because the platform is starting to get more active and it can be easy to miss these in a complex thread.

With that said, thank you developers. I can see the updates are coming out on a daily basis if not more frequently and the features being implemented are really important.
