The problem is that people don’t care in Ohio. They don’t care about keeping up appearances, they don’t care about respecting their communities, and they definitely don’t care about the local political situation that directly impacts them.
Fuck off with your judgemental shit. The political situation in this state, as with many, is complex and exists in the context of over two hundred years of history. What the GOP is doing is despicable, and there are a lot of people here who actually do care and want to fight it. You're not helping and the attitude of "fuck them hicks" is actively harmful to our efforts, by feeding into the far right's persecution narrative and discouraging activists. Maybe try visiting sometime, you might like it.

The ridiculous thing is LaRose waited until after the deadline to register. So someone could have checked their registration, saw they were active, and now can’t vote.
