I'd add Bee's Cakes on Sandy (which has a variety, including good cinnamon rolls when they're in rotation), and a vote that I really love the Franzbrot from Fressen (basically everything from them, honestly).

Franzbrot is delicious, super cinnamony, crispy flakey top, soft-moist interior. Only issue is there is a sauce in there that I guess maybe I needed to heat up more, because it was very toffy-like in texture, and wasn't the most pleasant thing to eat bc it was sticking to my teeth, but again, maybe just needs to be served a bit warmer.

Had Kinnamons, cream cheese icing had a tangy quality that I'm not a fan of. Was not super cinnamon-y. Bread texture was good, moist and gluteny.

I had a positively epic one with a bourbon caramel at Pine State. Absolutely worth a shot.

Pine Street - tangy quality, good amount of cinnamon, not extremely sweet, bread quality was pretty mid
