Why can’t I find certain communities when logged into my WireBase account? (wirebase.org)

There seem to be many communities that should be discoverable if I search for them by name, but don’t appear in search results for me when I’m logged into my WireBase account. I can see them when I’m logged into my Lemmy.World account. It doesn’t matter whether I’m using an App or web browser. Why?

Take a look at this how-to post! The bottom sections are focused on adding communities: https://wirebase.org/post/3019

TL;DR: you have to search by URL the first time you add a community. After doing that once, it will appear on Wirebase permanently!
