RetroArch seems to be very cross platform, but which one is your favorite?

I use GBA.emu. It's free, open source, and plays the games I wanted to play decently enough.

Same here. I recommend the other .emu emulators as well. Same dev as Snes9x EX+.

I use the build of mGBA bundled in Lemuroid, though I also use Pizza Boy GBA ($) for multiplayer.

Personally, I use Lemuroid on my Android device. Most of consoles are working fine!
