Oh I didn't know about this book! I was aware "The Healthy Back Kitchen" was getting released, but not this one. Seems to have some sensible suggestions based on the article---I never even considered getting my disabled mother an egg slicer so she can cut up small fruits without cutting herself.

Thank you for this article, I'll definitely look into this book.
