Dunno if this is from the mod my game has or not, but I just found an easter egg referencing that song, if you can remember when Aquatics came out.
At the moment in this save, it indeed is stormy weather; Space Storm Blorp is my midgame crisis lol.
As far as I know this was added in aquatics. I somehow get it almost every game so I'm very familiar with it. ๐
