Update: so I called using a fake number just in case. And it's legit just a nice wholesome holiday voicemail.

Alright, I thought this was real sketchy at first, but it seems it's seems more wholesome than I'd imagined.

Here's a recent article about it.
It seems it's a holiday tradition for them to leave a recorded holiday message as there's a similar article from 2021.
I haven't called the number myself yet, but I'm still pleasantly surprised that it might be something nice and not a scam or harassment like I first assumed.
