Here’s a pretty good carrot cake recipe she’s made before. carrot cake is my favorite and this was my the first one i had since going vegan that i liked. It is a little moist so keep that in mind but i think mainly it’s just not dry.

Yup just egg works great as a sub, i prefer apple sauce because it’s cheaper.

Yeah just a teaspoon or two of lemon juice in soy milk (i feel like soy milk works better), and becomes like buttermilk, so i use that in all cakes and pancakes.

I mainly do cooking and my partner does baking so i can ask them for some tips or recipes. Was there a specific type of cake you wanted to make or were you just wanting to do the standard yellow cake with the vanilla frostings?

Look at any deployment of a new piece of equipment in the military, a ton of staff to teach how to use, a tone of staff to deliver the equipment, the. a tom of staff to maintain. Logistics are always important in war but the US requires so much more of it than other countries

My personal reason for attempting to eat healthier (enjoy that chipotle every once in a while) and the reason i encourage others to do the same, is that a poor diet has worse outcomes on health.

For one i want all my loved ones and comrades to be healthy and feel good in their bodies. But honestly the bigger scarier part is that no one cares if you are in poor health. The US govt could not care less that you are in poor health as long as it isn’t cutting into your ability to work. The medical field will profit off of your poor health, insurance execs will get their bonus, your employer will give you a little bit of sick time if you are dealing with health issues and will cut you lose if they exceed your pto.

Food inequality is not an individuals choice nor is living in a food desert but please if you have the option take care of yourselves comrades. This whole thing has me thinking we post healthy budget meals on here.

Farmers markets are a good way to start. Learn the food that grows best near you as well as any native plants.

The very first thing you should build should be an IFAK. Need to have a TQ and be able to stop bleeding, so take atleast a stop the bleed class.

Glock 19 is going to be the standard due to abundance of parts and they shoot good. HM are glock 17 and 43, some people prefer those especially the 43 for concealed carry. If you’re going to CC then i suggest getting a Philster Enigma, they are the best purchase you can make after buying the gun.

For rifle get an AR15. Other than legally not being able to get one, they’re is very little reason to go with something else as your first. Brand doesn’t matter too much, Palmetto State Armory is probably the lowest quality i would recommend going with but you really shouldn’t spend a crazy amount, 450 to 750 will get you something good.

After you buy your guns, throw a red dot on them get some ammo and start shooting. You’ll next want to look into holsters, slings, and other fun parts of the hobby.

When we heat up grandfathers (river rocks) for sweat lodge we put them in the middle of a huge wood pile about 5 ft in diameter and 4 ft high filled tightly with douglas firs and fed air every so often with a leaf blower. That fire is probably the hottest thing i have ever experienced in my life, especially since you have to dig into the still raging fire to dig out the grandfathers to put in the sweat lodge. My arm hair is patchy now going up to my mid forearm because so much of my hair has been singed off.

I’ve been on my Ippo grind for the last couple of months and idk why but it’s so weird to go back to watching real life boxing and having so much of a better understanding than when i used to just casually watch boxing matches.

“crushing her life’s dream while fighting for her deceased father” really respectful of the dead for the guy who filmed a dead person in the suicide forest for a yt video

Grizzly man is so good i just watched it recently. He kills a bear and the spirits get angry with him for unnecessarily killing the bear. He gets turned into a bear and must go find a mountain that touches the northern lights to turn back into a human.
