The 3ds is my favorite console! Have you hacked yours? It opens up so many possibilities like gba support. With hacks the 3ds can play every Nintendo portable before it and I think that's rad. The Wii U has a similar thing with hacks where it can actually play every Nintendo console before it period, besides 3ds. Let me know if you need help hacking it. It's one of my favorite things to do.

Yeah I've noticed all sorts of odd issues with Jerboa. I think the best solution for now is to keep using a browser. I heard that someone was working on a reddit compatible API for Lemmy so that apps like RIF can have an easy transition. I think that might be the best end solution tbh, to use apps that are already well built.

Half of the problem IMO is Java edition runs so poorly mods are necessary to play the game most of the time. And there's so many quality of life mods that should be base game but Mojang just doesn't seem to care about.
