War bei dieser rückgradlosen Truppe halt von Anfang an klar. Wer jemals auch nur Ausschnitte ihrer kleinlichen Gerichtsbarkeit mitbekommen hat, wusste, dass sie die stereotypischen Reddit Mods sind, wie man sie sich vorstellt. Ich bin da weg, alsbald ich vom Fediverse gelesen habe und ich komme bestimmt nicht zurück.

Das Problem warum so ziemlich alle "Wenden" "schleppend" (also oft gar nicht) laufen, ist ganz einfach, dass nicht genug politischer Wille da ist. Irgendwie wird immer erwartet, dass Veränderungen von unten herab passieren müssen und selbst wenn die Leute mal bock drauf haben, stellt sich die Politik wieder mal quer.

Die Infrastruktur brauchen wir als aller erstes und nicht erst als Reaktion auf eine Trendwende, die ohne Infrastruktur nicht wirklich abheben kann. Und wie die Umfragen zeigen und auch Not Just Bikes auf Youtube immer gerne betont, können sich die Leute schlichtweg keinen Alltag ohne ihr Auto vorstellen. Da muss erst mal massiv vorarbeit geleistet werden, bevor es den Menschen überhaupt erlaubt ist, umzudenken. Es nervt, dass den meisten die Vorstellungskraft einfach fehlt, aber man kann es ihnen kaum übel nehmen. Das ganze Leben der Deutschen dreht sich leider ums Auto.
