Further arrest in connection with arms procurements for the foreign terrorist association HAMAS
The federal prosecutor's office last night (27. May 2026) on the basis of a European arrest warrant issued by the investigating judge of the Federal Court of Justice of 22. May 2026
the Danish national Yousif C.
by way of legal assistance from officers of the Danish police near Copenhagen (Denmark) arrested.
The accused is the member of a foreign terrorist association (§ 129a para. 1 No. 1, § 129b para. 1 S. 1 and 2 StGB), the preparation of a serious act of violence at risk (§ 89a para. 1, para. 2 No. 1 and 2 StGB a. F.) and violations of the Weapons Act (§ 52 para. 1 No. 2 WaffG) urgently suspect.
In the arrest warrant, he is essentially charged with the following facts:
Yousif C. is a member of the terrorist organization HAMAS. In July 2025, he handed over to the separately prosecuted Abed Al G. (cf. Press Release No. 65 of 1. October 2025) five pistols and ammunition. Shortly thereafter, he handed over the firearms to the separately prosecuted Mohammed A. (cf. Press Release No. 69 of 6. November 2025) to continue transport to Vienna. The procedure was intended to prepare for Hamas assassination of Israeli or Jewish institutions in Germany and Europe.
The accused will be brought before the investigating judge of the Federal Court of Justice after his transfer to Germany. This will open the arrest warrant and decide on the execution of the pre-trial detention.
The post has lots of downvotes and almost not discussion on the content. OP: feel free to re-post it. I believe this has been very unfortunate! The content (now properly linked) deserves better acknowledgement from our community.
Some accounts act like bots, bringing content "automagically". We have no rule against that. It's only considered spam when their post have commercial interest. In some particular cases, if it's political interest (not spam, but propaganda) it might be that we remove the content and/ or ban the user. This post is neither case imho. I'll ignore your report, don't be mad. Thanks for the concern though.

Unfortunately, many people believe that immigrants are the ones driving criminality (e.g. knife attacks) yet the reality is that there are as many knife attacks done by Germans. Only media (e.g. Bild) are amplifying and showing a distorted view on society because of political interests. For example, the last attack was done by a german person and instead of being labeled as terrorist they called it a person with psicological problems :/

Thanks. So, to me, from the sources you linked, it seems "systemic abuses/torture" is justifiable claim. "Systemic rape" seems like a claim that might be over the line — even as raping prisoners is apparently accepted among certain strata of Israeli society. /f
