My vote is for Proxmox because you can run all those other options (and many more) INSIDE Proxmox.

Qutebrowser on desktop and Brave on mobile, mainly for adblocking. I see the adblocking on desktop as its own hobby (I'm a homelabber) so there's some enjoyment to be had from it.

I used Google Lens on the picture and it brought up a lot of sites like Shutterstock. If you're better with icons than me you can probably do something with it.
