overview for Hubi

Ich habe mir vor einer Weile ein überholtes ASUS ROG Strix Z270F als Ersatz für mein Gigabyte Z170N geholt. Nach dem Tausch viel mir auf, dass die Beleuchtung meiner Tastatur immer wieder zurückgesetzt und meine Maus konstant ausgeworfen und neu erkannt wurde. Ich habe daraufhin alle USB-Anschlüsse des Boards getestet und kam zu dem Ergebnis, dass sie wohl nicht genug Spannung für die Geräte liefern (mit unbeleuchteter Tastatur ging es). Einzig der USB-C Anschluss hat ganz normal funktioniert und konnte über einen Adapter auch mehrere Peripheriegeräte versorgen. Ich habe daraufhin das Board für defekt erklärt und zurückgeschickt. Während ich auf ein Austauschboard gewartet habe, war wieder das alte Z170N eingebaut und hat wie gewohnt ganz normal funktioniert.

Jetzt habe ich den Ersatz erhalten und habe exakt das gleiche Problem wieder, sogar noch etwas schlimmer. Ich kann mir nicht ganz vorstellen, dass ich zwei Boards mit genau dem gleichen Fehler erwische (außer sie haben mir das defekte Board aus Versehen erneut geschickt). Bis auf das Board wurde nichts an der Konfiguration des PCs geändert. Auch das Netzteil sollte mehr als ausreichend Leistung für das System liefern und ich hatte noch nie derartige Probleme mit diesem Gerät.

Was kann hier die Ursache sein? Tatsächlich zwei defekte Mainboards? Wäre für jeden Tipp dankbar.

Was ein völlig bescheuertes Urteil. Der Mann hat EIN Bild von dem Kalender gepostet, hat sogar den Fotografen kreditiert und die Spendenseite verlinkt. Und nach 6 Jahren kommt dann plötzlich die Klage.

Remus muss damit insgesamt rund 10.000 Euro zahlen

Da verliert man wirklich den Glauben an die deutsche Justiz.

Nah, the real reason is that Linux doesn't come pre-installed on new devices. The average user doesn't even know that you can install a different operating system. This is a much larger hurdle than the gaming experience.

Stable Diffusion together with Controlnet. You basically feed it the text as a black and white image and provide it with a description of the picture of cats. It will then generate this output while using the black and white image as a base. It's fairly simple to do but it can take a while to get a quality result such as this one.

I don't even mind the use of AI art in this context, but the fact that they couldn't be bothered to do a little touch-up speaks a lot to the quality that can be expected from their show.

Honestly, I don't blame them one bit. People need to keep in mind that these instances and sites are provided for free by private individuals and not large companies with armies of lawyers. I wouldn't want to fight a potential lawsuit for "enabling piracy", no matter how much bullshit it is. If the admins of dbzer0 have taken the necessary precautions, great! Just join their instance if that's what you're looking for.
