It’s been a very hard these last weeks.
I have done my performance reviews for work and the number of times I have had to say Average. I was crying when telling one of my team members they are doing below Average and would not be getting a bonus. They were upset but I was the one crying.
I also had to renew my car insurance, having to calculate the yearly Average Miles driven.

Looks like only volume 1 was translated to English. I will stick the French or Japanese ones through machine translate when I get round to reading them.
The first book has the plot of the movie, so the other volumes would be new content.
Looking though the reviews the film is not a very true depiction of the book, so it may be all new content.

I am enjoying Volume 3 more than I did 1 and 2, I think it is because it’s got less drawn out fights. Fran making friends is the highlight so far.

I watched it after a few years this weekend and realised there is a book series. The first book has been translated to English, but the others haven’t.
Looking online it seems it’s often recommended for learning Japanese but I can only find French copies.
I clearly remember an illustration of Rozemyne driving -proud as can be- in her highbeast through the castle halls with either Ferdinand or one of her retainers walking beside it with an exasperated expression.
