I can't say much on pantheon, I've heard of it but it didn't grab me enough to follow it like other projects. I've been following Evercraft which is a blocky EverQuest in progress (played during one of their alpha test weekends and it seemed promising) and legends of old; a free EverQuest clone in progress.
Ascension wow has a server in testing right now for a number of custom classes which has been interesting so far. (Other than that there's project 1999 wish is just old EQ for all the good and bad of that. When I did play it I was able to get pick up groups in zones for leveling)
Having seen some of the exec orders, I have an old one with the wrong gender marker, should I just apply for a new one as if I were having any other piece of info changed and hope for the best that it goes through?
I've been banging my head against a wall trying to play War Game Red Dragon again. I liked the first game but this and airland battle added so much stuff that it's kind of hellish to keep track of what's going on and I dearly wish there were keybinds for game speed control...and that the AI didn't heli spam outside of campaigns.
Also EverQuest and some H3&VTOL vr on and off bc of some technical issues.

I gave in and booted it up again since i cant force my friends to play Project 1999 with me at the moment so Im going to tackle Blackburrow in Qyenos hills for the thousandth time on Firiona Vie.
Never stop posting these. Or if you do I'll take my chance to star posting shots from the starter cities in p99.
P99 is surprisingly fun at least for me when I can wrangle my friends to play. It was extra surprising that they didn't end up minding all the downtime for meditating or corpse runs. Time zones suck hard for scheduling however
One of the things I love about EQ design is that while the leather and chain gear can be retro sexy armor, everyone who can wear it gets proper full plate armor (I love my paladin and her chain high cut one piece) That and the ogres and trolls and properly ugly as they should be.
every now and then ill go back and just wander around old zones i never got to really see, or boot up p99 and just go around the cities and look.
I love everything about it, the aesthetics, the world... its nice to play as a way to hang out with friends with how chill it is. Check out Project 1999, people are nice and theres a fair chance someone will give you some hand-me-down gear. (Dont play a pure caster solo, spell research is suffering)
they are but mostly if youre playing a retro style shooter. (dusk, nightmare reaper, etc)
Playing C&C tib war and i will never skip those live action cut scenes..

I use to play project 1999 with friends but trans oceanic timezones are a pain but they enjoyed it as a thing to do while we hung out. The ascension wow private server is fun if you like gambling with random abilities and has a test server up for their custom classes. They're interesting so far, tinker let's you use different ammo for your guns or built a robot to help you fight, necromancer is a cross of warlock and death knight: DoTs and you can summon an army of skeletons.
Old school RuneScape is picked up occasionally as well, but mostly as something to do on my lunch break or when I want to watch some shows
