Alternative voting methods allow for smaller parties, ones who's values may align more with the general population, an actual fighting chance. You gotta admit at some point that having only two realistic choices is a bit of a problem, right?

Not federated, but definitely anonymous. All Signal messages are E2EE, and Signal can't even access your messages. They literally have a page where they list every time they've been asked by the government to give info, and they can't. https://signal.org/bigbrother/

Right in the Signal box, it says "Or Matrix/XMPP". It's super tiny for some reason.

The Curse (Donkey Kong: Barrel Blast) Borderline Forever is very much neck and neck but I found The Curse to be hilarious

Edit: Also Chibi Robo: Ziplash was awesome

Also, I recommend using Chris Titus Tech's winutil program to disable Telemetry and install some programs (you can even uninstall Edge and the Store, but not recommended)

Pretty late but Richmond and Henrico's boil advisories have been lifted. Thank god that fiasco is over and enjoy the now-restored water!

Wowie it's been forever since we've had this much snow. Stay safe and enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate! (or whatever you do on snowy days)

I also replace Firefox with LibreWolf and Brave! I don't do much more than that though; I used to replace GNOME Software with Warehouse, but I eventually found it easier to just remove PackageKit and use Software to install my flatpaks (I still use Warehouse for changing flatpak settings).

I'm guessing they want Chimera Linux to be developed by volunteers rather than employees? They would still need at least a little funding for their website and download links though.
