How am I the worst type of fan for complaining about false advertising when you mention death threats? I'm not even a fan. They couldn't even deliver on the game being a fucking RPG.

So yes, I do want them to stop working on this flaming dog pile and give the RPG genre another shot so I can maybe get something close to what they told me I was buying. I've never contacted any of the devs about this, I haven't led any hate campaigns, I am just bitter about being grossly mislead, and you're the one blowing that criticism out of the water.

At this point, I've come to expect that all of the products I like are going to be ruined at some point, so it's about establishing enough independence to more easily transition to the next service.

Kagi's great, and I'll worry about finding a better search engine once it gets worse, but I don't expect that to happen before my next renewal, so I'm happy.

I probably play Fallout 4 the most just because it's the newest, but I probably enjoy replaying Fallout 2 the most. It was my introduction to the series and it feels like it holds up even today. I've been getting a very similar fix lately with Underrail.

I'm excited for the Fallout 3 Remaster because I see myself enjoying that a lot more than Fallout 4 for scratching the post-Black Isle itch. Unmodded Fallout 4 just feels so empty to me.

Figures we'd get runners. Can't catch a damn break.

The RE4 Remake really knocked the ball out of the park for me, I was worried it was going to disappoint between how much was cut from RE3 and how much more the original RE4 had that they had to live up to. It's probably the most faithful modern recreation of RE4 I could imagine, and they vastly improved on a lot of systems I didn't even realize needed improvements in the original, while adding some new things that I really liked.

I've been thinking about this for awhile. In all my 10+ years on Reddit, I don't think I ever remember them making a change that actually improved my experience or made me think anything other than "oh, good thing I can't see this feature on old Reddit/RIF". Reddit really has stumbled its way into success despite all its best efforts to the contrary.
