The results are the knowledge of a subject. Plenty of people say "oh the teacher sucked that's why I'm so bad at X" when it's purely on the student not willing to work at it.
B2B is being cut down from working better than a regular work agreement. The golden days of it are gone. Also, being able to be fired in 5 mins without any notice other than a "fuck you get out" sucks.
Then make a stink about that and they'll fix it. Most likely nobody tested if the system breaks when you have so many curators blocked (because honestly, who would have this many) and it's a simple fix to do.

Just because some people don't know how to use NSFW doesn't mean it means something else than "Not suited for work". Anything that a colleague, boss etc could see that would result in awkwardness, "the talk", is NSFW. Same thing for gore.
