I'm actually sympathetic to rural pharmacies having increased financial viability issues (although the Rural Pharmacy Maintenance Allowance will apparently be doubled in the next budget), but the Pharmacy Guild I think has run a misleading campaign, such as referring to widespread shortages. The Pharmacy Guild has a lot of power in this country, but I'm glad most people seem to support increased dispensing.

In countries with universal healthcare, there is an argument that government should take a more active role in dissuading the use of substances that cause social harm and harm to the body and result in long term expenditure for public health. The detail is in how far government should go, e.g. educational initiatives, regulation, or prohibition, etc.

Spicy foods! When I was younger, birds eye chilli in my meal would spoil my meal as a teenager, and I grew up in a spice loving family. Nowadays I love the kick that chill adds to foods, and I've even dared tiny bites of a Carolina Reaper (and have survived to tell this tale).

Gaming wise, I don't prefer FPS games to my old standbys of strategy and turn based RPG games, but I actually find some enjoyment in playing them now, even though objectively my reaction time is worse. I just accept I'm a mediocre player, haha.

When it comes to books, I crave reading more sci-fi and fantasy books. I don't avoid 'heavy' topics in these genres, but I don't find contemporary literature appealing and prefer a bit of escapism. Maybe I'm just looking at the wrong book recommendations.

An(other?) example of the federal government gradually shifting the burden of both funding and service delivery onto the states.

The Princess Maker series are now officially available on Steam! Unfortunately the translation quality is quite poor and the unofficial DOS copy of 2 is much better in that regard, but it's nice to have access to multiple entries in the series now.

The most unpopular/niche game series I've really liked is the Princess Maker series. Japanese games which only received official English translations recently, niche genre (life raising sim), some silly fanservicey elements... but it reminded me of playing with dolls when I was younger, and in some ways the Sims series also.

Another series I liked which is much more well known but still has a small presence in the gaming consciousness is Star Fox. Character cameos in the Super Smash Bros series don't count.
