I like it, but it needs UI work for mass appeal. All federated services do really. It’s such a strong concept but it’s only in its (relative) infancy just as all of these events are happening to direct traffic toward the Fediverse.
Being new to federated communities, this is good info! I’m also registered on both and hoping I wasn’t causing problems. Glad to hear it’s only when I log in :P

Not really niche, but CFB has the best community.
I also love OSRS and wouldn’t mind seeing a Drum Corps community as well.
