I dunno I prefer not being murdered for practicing (or even converting from) the wrong religion, dying of plague or famine, or being enslaved for economic convenience. But maybe that's just me.

On that, we are in complete agreement. We will do whatever it takes if it's feasible and the admin actually wants the person back.

Clearly drawn is hard to prosecute (and one might argue shouldn't be prosecuted, since obscenity laws are just... weird). However, the stuff that is photorealistic can be treated, legally, like the real thing.

Fun fact it's already illegal. If it's indistinguishable from the real thing it's a crime.

They never do seem to wise up to the con, though. That's where some of the feelings of helplessness come from.

One extra note I would like to chime in to add: It's a lot easier to fit tons of coverage (side armors, esp. soft ones) into bigger carriers. You can get LBT-6094s and Eagle MMACs used on eBay for about the same cost as a newer carrier that will be harder to armor up. Nylon doesn't really go bad.

This is the way.

Intra-alliance fighting has always been a concern because of Greece and Turkey. Article 5 is probably the only reason they haven't already gone to war. But yeah the US would fight all of European NATO that answers the call, win a pyrrhic victory, and destabilize Europe for the next 100 years.
