Same with my Moonlander. Once I had it set up the way I like, there's not much to change, even though I get the itch sometimes.
I can't imagine going back or using a staggered keyboard anymore tho, my fingers hurt just looking at this kb
I love that you started with the insults mdr
Dust?
Lol, well yes. It's chromium under the hood.
I don't really know any real alternative if you value privacy and the openness of the web?
There are 3 companies making (as in putting the real work into it) browsers, Apple Google and Mozilla. Apple is only serving its own interests, and Google has clearly indicated where they want the web to go (more ads, less blockers, more tracking).
Leave and go where ?
I'm noticing a trend on the internet lately of not proof reading your comments and having missing words all over. I feel like I'm having a stroke multiple times a day with these. It's not hard to re-read your comment and make sure it's not missing words...
As an outsider, the US was always very reliable for exporting unfettered liberal capitalism, and exporting "democracy", whatever the party in power.

Maybe it wasn't like that, but the only times I interacted with the nonewnormal subreddit, I was floored by the rampant disinformation and dumb AF takes by most users. I understand why most other sub wanted nothing to do with it.
Also having beehaw defederate from other big instances is kinda the same as not wanting some subreddit communities interacting with your own (ie banning you because you participate in the same space as others we don't want)
I remember reading a blog post describing similar compatibility patches in Windows, writing something in the line of:
Whenever you start an exe on windows, the OS must first ask itself the good old question of "Am I running Lego Island"
Idiocracy is eugenics propaganda. People don't get dumber because of their genes but because of worse education.
Like the other commenter said, adopt if you want to improve the world (and not just your own life), but that's harder without the biological attachment that comes from your own kids.
(Not trying to be rude btw, just noting generally my thoughts)
