Actually, it could be. That could be considered vandalism (you're intentionally making unauthorized modifications to equipment to prevent it from working as expected) which is illegal.

But this is New York, so who knows if they would even enforce that.

Projection is common among your set, so I'm not surprised you see it that way.

Thanks for letting me know you're out of arguments though.

They behaved in very similar ways back then too, remember when McConnell himself filibustered his own bill once Democrats supported it back on 2015?

It's a decade+ long pattern of behavior, they've only gotten worse about it and stopped trying to hide the shit they've been doing already.

And yet here we have Russia, the successor nation showing that NATO needs to be kept around so they don't invade another neighbor. Remember, Crimea wasn't the first time this century they've done that.

To your example, my neighbor would be within their rights to do that if I have a history of kicking down doors. But I guess violence only matters from one direction, nevermind that so many former client states actively sought protection from this shit happening, especially when Russia can't be taken at their word to leave neighbors alone.

As with all things, it's only ok when the republicans do it. Hypocrisy is a strongly held Republican value.

No you weren't, their argument is specious at best.

why would the republicans have stonewalled his nomination for Supreme Court Justice? It doesn't make sense.

Republicans blocked their own bills, and bills they dropped over because the Democrats supported it.

Republicans have no morals, ethics or values outside of power, so assuming they wouldn't vote against the exact shit they want out of spite just means you're not paying attention enough.

E: the federalist part is correct tho, he's not one of them afaik.

Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, many former Warsaw Pact and post-Soviet states sought to join NATO.

Weird that the nations previously under authoritarian rule suddenly wanted to be part of a defensive pact once they had their freedom. That's such an unforeseen outcome.

I mean, can you believe fucking NATO man? They were such assholes to check notes expand by allowing countries in who wanted to be in NATO to protect themselves. NATO really should have just dissolved instead of expanding and giving former Soviet block states protection from Russia.

"Anyone who dares to say anything that disagrees with the official western line is a tankie" -

More like 'anyone with a comment history rabidly defending the acts of nations like Russia and China because anti-US'. You know, like your comment history.

You lot have been popping up here more and more as your havens get banned by people. But at least we can still block you directly.

My favorite part about DVDs is how sometimes they look just fine but the video doesn't actually play. I got a DVD from the library recently that the video stopped 10 minutes in the first episode and you couldn't even play or rip past that point either.

Physical media still really sucks in a lot of ways.

Because a house today is worth less than a house years from now (probably). Housing is seen as an investment instead of a human need, so you can hold a bunch of them like tickets in the hopes that you can sell them for more later.

If you believe anything Trump says, you're already lost. Trump should be assumed to be lying unless there's at least 2 credible sources backing up what he says. Dude lies about as often as he draws breath.
