Unfortunately a lot of these issues are architectural issues inherited from Emby

Krastorio is to me a Vanilla+ mod. It feels like the base game would if there was just more of it. Depending on your point of view, this could be good or bad. It's still going to be longer than vanilla, and has few truly revolutionary mechanics, but it also doesn't get as awkward as things like angelbob or spaceex.

For what it's worth. K2 is the one modded playthrough I've completed (twice, even) and I would reccommend giving it a try.

Unfortunately teddit and libreddit rely on the API so many instances may break tomorrow

I remember when imo randomly added stories to it's multi IM app and it seeming forced then. That was a decade ago.

In retrospect, they were faced with the legacy IM providers shutting down and the new providers shutting them out. But it still wasn't any good for the users.

Honestly the Xbox S/360/One/Series controller still does it for me. There's been relatively incremental changes since, which is good as it just works for me.

The DualSense gets close for me, thanks to the prongs feeling wider than any of the dualshock iterations, which have felt too small since my mid teens. But the flattened end on it stops it abruptly in a way that leaves me still preferring the xbox.

The switch pro controller sort of imitates the xbox controller, but at least on both I've owned the build quality doesn't match Sony/MS
