There are some changes here that definitely needed to happen. Things like the main thrusters being more powerful than maneuvering thrusters, etc.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the speed limits, but we aren't going for Expanse style gameplay here. There have to be some limitations.

I bet people could make some pretty cool stuff using all the placables!

I would say that AC has had major improvements over the past 2 years. AI has been tweaked a lot to where they don't knife fight, but in 3.19 it also got a lot tougher. More hp and more accurate. In the PU it's a lot harder to run bounty missions with light fighters and most people use larger ships like the Connie or Corsair when they start doing MRTs and above.

I'm sure it'll be a bit of a shit fest in PTU, but these changes look like they're really going to make AC fun to play. Pirate swarm, for example, is now just a timer and if you survive until the end a bunch of UEE ships (including Javelin) jump in to help you!

Missiles are still a crap shoot each patch though haha

I hope things like this are a little more playable than Ghost Hollow.

I like the locations, but navigating the spaces just doesn't feel "good".

Maybe that's just because of the FPS movement system?

This week seems the same as the last 2 years of development: not a lot going on.

So wait... this replaces building blocks? I'm struggling to understand what is different about Rastar.

I find begging for money works pretty well :D there's lots of cash floating around from the drug dupes.

A good cargo hauler will take you a long ways! Freelancer, Cutlass, Hull-A, etc.

The salvage missions can make you good money atm if you just take the cargo boxes and sell them.
