You may be correct but we need to think of solutions. Not just rely on conventional wisdom thats says it's not possible by current standards

Some people just don't want to risk looking like a fool and want to feel superior but it's worth investigating for the reasons you mentioned.

My beer tastes have simplified and I'm happy with that. Spring/summer I drink mostly IPAs. Fall/winter i drink mostly stouts.
