Ja, ich verstehe auch nicht, warum die Auswahl immer nur komplett das eine oder komplett das andere sein soll. Auch schon Fleisch/Milch/.../konsum reduzieren ist doch schon mal besser als nichts tun und ein guter Anfang.
Ich habe mir tatsächlich bei ähnlichen Dingen schon anhören müssen, dass man die Leute, die Dinge nur teilweise machen, nicht erst nehmen könne.
Naja, es mag schon sein, dass vegane Milch/... sehr gut für alle möglichen Dinge funktioniert. Ich mag z.B. Hafermilch sehr gerne für Pfannkuchen und Erbsensahne für Sauce.
Aber es ist trotzdem nicht wirklich der gleiche Geschmack. Selbst das beste, was ich bisher probiert habe, kam allenfalls an mittelmäßige H-Milch ran, aber ist trotzdem noch echt weit von guten frischer Milch entfernt.
Yes and no. For stuff like citations: absolutely. For reviewing stuff, the mode to suggest edits in Office (or even Google Docs) is great and doesn't really have equivalent with a proper UI for LaTeX. Yes, you can use PDF comments, but then you need to change the LaTeX document manually.

I do still have some problems with freewheeling. Ardour always crashes on exports when using the Jack interface, but everything works over the Pulseaudio interface. It might be an Ardour thing, but it doesn't occur when actually running Jack. So something is actually different with Pipewire.
