It's very cute, but the heart is knitted and you have a crochet hook. It should either be knitting needles or change the patterning in the heart to something that looks like crochet.

Eta: I'm really not trying to dump on your design. It's adorable. Just saying someone who knits and/or crotches would notice.

Yeah, I get them too. They hurt, but for me they usually go away after a few days. I second calling a dermatologist if they persist.
