Gaza was fucked under either presidential option and we all knew that. Now we also get to enjoy getting fucked by Trump at home and hand the right the country. Other countries get to get bullied like Canada, Colombia, Greenland, Panama, and who knows who else and to what insane degree. Plus, Gaza will get to deal with a president that doesn’t bend to protest pressures at all and gives 0 fucks about humanitarian issues. We sure showed Biden for being an AIPAC puppet like the rest of the government. This is why the right has taken our government over. We constantly in fight and ignore realities for ideological purity while the right unites under the broad strokes of their agenda. When no option has the desired outcome, sometimes you have to pick the lesser evil.

I guess it’s a matter of degrees like everything. If they have to give the appearance of privacy, they will concede towards privacy more than say Google who just fucks privacy on the bus in front of you. Unless you go 100% open Linux on every single device, which is hard for most people, you will have some compromises to make. I am still teaching myself Linux.

I think that’s the only way to fix things now. Massive general strikes are needed at a minimum. Likely far worse action needed before the ultra-wealthy can be reigned in.

Libre office is better too. MS builds so much bloat in it hampers functionality hard. I only use MS for work.

This is what I do. You have to be in one eco system at some level these days and Apple painted themselves into a corner with their privacy marketing. Rather only give info to one. Nothing a smart TV does can’t be done on my Apple TV plus Apple TV adds a lot of features if you are an Apple user on other devices.

There is a reason the clearly losing war on drugs has continued for nearly a century. Instead of adjusting to more logical regulating of substances like we learned from alcohol prohibition, the war on drugs marches on.
