Watch the video. The headline claim is that oil companies would never have stopped selling oil and the public would never have stopped buying it no matter how much information was out there - it does not actually deny that oil companies knew about climate change very early on. Less than a minute into the video Sabine starts blaming oil companies for climate change denial misinformation. It's just a clickbait title.

In the movie, the computer is programmed explicitly by humans, it is not like today's neural nets. And it doesn't take over, it is given instructions to keep the purpose of the mission secret, and is forced by circumstance to kill its crew to ensure this.

Many modern translations of the Art of War are misappropriated and forcefully applied to business or politics.

Sun Tzu was a Taoist, who believed in simplicity, spontaneity, equilibrium, and so forth. He believed in flowing effortlessly like water finding is level and weathering a stronger enemy.

His writing exemplified a philosophy and a spirit of living as he applied them to war.

The Pythagorean relation ABSOLUTELY holds for a triangle whose legs are both 1 and whose hypotenuse is 2^(1/2). Pythagoras' cult simply didn't believe in irrational numbers, hence their trouble when the Pythagorean relation implied it. It is known there was even a proof at the time of the irrationality of the square root of two.
