Enjoy your distopia and thank you for enlightening me of how money laundering, black market and kyc works. Keep parroting "security" and "for the kids" though ;)

Never go full fanboy... try actually understanding what people are telling you, why fail safes are good idea, why redundancy systems are implemented, etc.

Your anecdotal experience of "I drive in fog and rain and its been good" means nothing...

This is not how ot works though.

Modern internet-based video platforms like YouTube do NOT tell this information to advrrtisers, because the sponsor block ads have no contract with YouTube directly. They are paying the content creator, not youtube.

There's no way for sponsor block advertisers to tell how many people skipped their ad.

Please explain to me how does blocking sponsor segments harm creators?

After the first few times of me spilling coke, coffee, water and what not on my laptops and open case PCs I have it ingrained in me. Anything, ANYTHING goes wrong - plug that thing off ASAP. It's a learned reflex at this point.

I hate modern ac software for automatically banning VM usage. Don't know if this is the case with BattleEye, but coming from someone who uses a VM as a daily driver - This sucks.

They are profitable because they data mine the shit out of you. And now they want you to pay them so they can continue doing it.

"I'm sure YouTube could even merge the ads into the content stream so they are unavoidable."

Who is going to tell him?

I just can't understand how regulators all over the world allow these things on the road. How the fuck do you allow the release of potentially deadly (for everyone involved, not just for the user) software en masse for the public to beta test for you... This is not Diablo IV....

I use the regular app and the seekbar was always available for me.

Shorts suggestions are based on what you watch. If you spend less time watching rage/OF bait shorts or just scroll past them, they will show you less of these. 95% of my shorts scrollpage is from creators and topics that I'm interested in.

Soo looks like you just like to watch this type of content if this is what the app is serving you.
