If you want to use it with an account, first create an account on one of those instances and then login from the Custom Location under Settings / Locations. Check the Custom Locations section below for details.

Download and Setup:

Get it from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/yattee/id1595136629 Tap 2 gear icons on the top left of the screen to go to Settings Tap Locations Paste the link under Locations Manifest https://r.yattee.stream/manifest-invidious-piped.json Tap Reload manifest Select the Country under Public Locations Tap Switch to other public location (Some locations does not support Popular category like watchapi.whatever.social , you can pick inv.riverside.rocks or vid.puffyan.us that supports it) You can now add Custom Locations also called Instances:

Tap + Add Location... Paste the link to Address field https://pipedapi.kavin.rocks Optional: If you created an account on either on Invidious or Piped, you can tap the Instance you just added, tap + Add Account and enter your Username and Password. You can get Instances from: ​> Piped: https://github.com/TeamPiped/Piped/wiki/Instances Invidious: https://api.invidious.io There is an iOS Shortcuts that you can use to open video links in Yattee called Open in Yattee.

They lost? Do you have a source? I don’t think you can downgrade e.g iOS 16 to 14 on supported devices?

Sounds quite interesting. However the article reads a bit like an ad.

I use a self hosted Nextcloud which also has many of these features.

Ich habe gerade gesehen, dass es einen Bug report in Memmy bzgl einem Fehler auf feddit.de gibt. Vielleicht könnte ein Admin in Kontakt treten?

Join the discord server. You’ll see what the issues were. I think it was about account deletion and some legal stuff.

Still many people don’t know about the caching google does or archive.org unfortunately.

Also see https://asec.ahnlab.com/en/54647/ which links to Ahnlabs more technical description. Seems like it breaks in by guessing passwords and trying to log in via SSH.

Ich war nur stiller Mitleser auf /r/de und fand den Content relativ gut so. Allgemeines über den deutschsprachigen Raum wäre meine Persönliche Community Zusammenfassung (wenn ich die Community erstellt hätte). Solange die Community ausgeglichen ist und keine extreme Filter/Meinungsblasen durch sinnvolle Argumentation entstehen ist schon vieles gelöst. (Der eigentlich immer relativ gute Umgangston auf /r/de war bemerkenswert)
