Wie kommt ihr teilweise auf die Vorstellung dass das hohe Gehälter seien? Habt ihr euch mal angesehen wie Mies die Reallohnentwicklung der letzten Jahre und Jahrzehnte war? Spoiler: Meistens gab es nicht einmal einen vollständigen Inflationsausgleich d.h. ein Reallohn-Verlust. In Deutschland werden abhängig Beschäftigte generell ziemlich schlecht bezahlt und die Arbeitgeber kommen damit davon, weil die Bewerber: innen es mit sich machen lassen.

Tipp: Wenn ihr weniger als das verdient, solltet ihr häufiger den Arbeitgeber wechseln.
