Just dropping in to remind everyone, that there have been 2 assassination attempts on the 'grifting, criminal "billionaire"' in just the last 8 months and he's been hiding behind thick glass in public.

I don't think it will stop, because however many people you manage to manipulate via targeted brainwashing (social media), you create at least a few super angry, unpredictable folks with ever less to lose. And they all have guns.

Edit: Also, nothing stops someone with a gigantic grudge, patience and high motivation from joining a private security company, getting training, a gun, and placed directly in the vicinity of a potential target. Really, there's no good defense except not giving a ton of people reasons to want to get rid of you.

Interestingly, just due to the inclination of the executive branch to "get a conviction" fast, at any cost, it's actually pretty likely that is in fact "the wrong guy". The investigators will be under pressure to find someone, and will use available technology in an absolutely, horrendously wrong way just to get a "result" and use that as a justification to accuse random unlucky people. Of course, anyone with deeper knowledge of involved technology would know that, but they're not working for the ill educated LE operators.

All something to consider when potentially ruining someone's life because some dumb fuckers got an innocent joe as the wrong person because they deformed under pressure and couldn't successfully do their job. Happens way too often

PSA: election season has begun in Germany. The tone in the comments, and also fully fabricated "news stories" (not meaning this one), have increased dramatically.

The influence campaign has begun. Stay critical people.

So eine schnelle Umstellung der russischen Facebook/Tiktok-Propagandamaschine von US Wahl auf Deutschland war halt so nicht geplant und braucht Zeit. So ein Pech aber auch.

True, I just wished RISCV laptops were slightly more developed and available. As of now, the specs aren't there yet in those devices that are available. (8core@2Ghz, but only 16GB Ram, too little for me)

Kind of a bummer, was coming up to a work laptop upgrade soon and was carefully watching the Linux support for Snapdragon X because I can't bring myself to deal with Apple shenanigans, but like the idea of performance and efficiency. The caution with which I approached it stems from my "I don't really believe a fucking thing Qualcomm Marketing says" mentality, and it seems holding off and watching was the right call. Oh well, x86 for another cycle, I guess.

The {"SHOP DEALS AT TEMU"} will continue until morale improves!

"Kann nur Schrittgeschwindigkeit oder 240 km/h, zwischendrin ist alles technisch unmöglich"

Echte Profis am Werk

We should outlaw political advertisement on social media? Kind of like how cigarette advertisement was eliminated from movie theater ads.

The fines should be stacked as factors - unmitigated offenses will build up and incur exponentially growing fines. Very large incentive to shut that shit down.

Politics should be advertised by performance review, not marketing.

The Putin puppets (AFD, FN, Fidez,..):

  1. Reject push for renewable energy (muh coal, muh diesel)
  2. "Subsidies are fascist"
  3. "Wah, wah, can't afford my environment destroying car/heater anymore"
  4. "Thanks Obama"

It's my daily driver. It has incredible compatibility and very nice features, for example the rule based filter actions, header matching, which immensely boosts my workflow efficiency. Not to mention the calendars and tasks integration and the great extensibility via the plugin system.

Thunderbird is a great example of community driven awesomeness.

I am not quite sure what all qualifies as deep house nowadays, so hopefully I'm not out of genre. Anyway, it's a pretty nice tune! Enjoy!
