Idk it was fun for me. I thought it was interesting being from China, I'm not that well read so the Chinese author put a cool perspective on the novel.

Americans will measure in anything but the metric system.
And the reason nuclear isn't on a decline cost curve is due to the lack of investment monies. Nuclear didn't get the same level of RND like renewables did over the last decade.
I'm currently reading The Stars, Like Dust. By Issac Asimov. Seems decent I haven't been completely invested in the main character like I was in The Currents of Space (I know I read book 2 before book 1). But I like Asimov so I'll finish it it'll be a quick read anyways. I plan to finish the Galactic Empire series and then start Foundation (Finally!).
Omg same! Glad I wasn't alone with this thought. Another point I strongly disliked was the resolution of Kylars hand it was literally resolved first thing in book 3.
Asimov is really good. If you are hesitate you can read I, Robot. Which is a collection of short stories to give you an idea of his writing style.
His books are pretty quick reads and high quality.
Moxfield is my favorite, you can also goldfish the decks you build there. Me and my friends play by screen sharing it. Pretty jank but nice.
I'm currently working on two books. The first is Gunmetal Gods by Zamil Akhtar. The genre is Epic fantasy, it is very fast paced like break neck which is both good and bad. On one had something is always happening on the other I have no time to digest the content. I'd say it's entertaining but wouldn't say it's amazing at the moment. If you like quick popcorn style books go ahead you may enjoy it.
The second book I'm listening to is Restaurant at the End of the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, genre is Scifi satire comedy. We've all heard about Hitchhiker's and it's sequels I'm just finally working through the books. I recommend it but the author's humor seems jaded which is perfect for me lol.
I always found when painting eyes was to paint it black then add the white eye part around it. Easier for me that way and ends up looking less derpy lol. But decent first attempt.
I understand where you are coming from because I feel the same way about Yumi. I definitely enjoyed Tress more, I think I enjoyed Yumi more than Lost Metal but I still want to digest it a bit more.
Okay, I'll check out some of his books after Restaurant. Thanks for the suggestion!
Can we adopt the It's always sunny sign instead?
