"They've also said the protection hexagon may not encompass the research tower of Eldritch Horrors, but I mean how vital is that, right?" - Kind regards, Management

When I hear The Good Place I always think of the old Brit comedy The Good Life. Very much a "fuck the man" sort of show, set on a couple trying to become fully self-sufficient in suburban London back in the 70s.

Ok so I know I'm replying to my own comment but fuck it, since I haven't seen it mentioned and it absolutely destroyed the brit comedy scene at its time, Only fools and horses. Really speaks to the working class struggle at the time (1980+) and even now.

League of Gentlemen is quite a fun dark comedy. Not everyone's cup of tea though, which is fair. Same with inside no. 9, made by the same cast, but is a bit more modern and drama-like.

My ex really liked that show, mostly the main guy. Could you elaborate a bit, e.g. plot, characters etc, if it's no trouble?

Tbh I don't care much for the smell of dogs or cats either, but that doesn't stop them from sleeping on my PJ's or curling up with my socks. No human can compare to the unconditional love given by a pet.

Love how a spy kids 2 quote from Steve Buscemi hit so hard it's still circulating the internet twenty two years later.
