I used to love getting the dollar menu stuff from McDonald’s and idk if it’s that I turned 30 and suddenly started feeling grumpy about everything but I refuse to go there now that their prices are like this for a “value menu”.

Not my intention, I’m trying to make the point of not purchasing from them due to deceptive pricing but it is still essentially free marketing. Not sure how to bring it up without that being the case

Love to see it! Welcome to the party! Honestly this is the most I’ve really done anything on social media stuff so I totally get it.

That’s really been one of the reasons I’ve always just been a lurker on social media. The fediverse spaces I’m in (lemmy/mastodon) have been great so far. I didn’t really have any expectations but the experience has been good for me and I hope for everyone else!

Anybody remember when we would question whether tweets like this were real or not and would need to check to confirm it?
