Good catch, updated it. I've got an ImageMagick command that tries to find each panel and rearrange them into a 2x2 grid, and it got screwed up because of the hole in bottom right border of the last panel.

Went to a farmer's market and saw this dress smiling at me. Also got lots of plants that I need to plant so I'm going to be doing a lot of digging this weekend

This comic was inspired by the song Valentine by Justice.

Some background on this comic:

Transcript:

The seed for this cartoon all started with a simple T-shirt design. If T-shirts were as popular in the nineteenth century as they are today, I wondered what kinds of things they would say. The sketch above lead to this cartoon.

โ€œConsidered Harmfulโ€ Essays Considered Harmful

Because โ€œconsidered harmfulโ€ essays are, by their nature, so incendiary, they are counter-productive both in terms of encouraging open and intelligent debate, and in gathering support for the view they promote.

At any rate, they don't have to break type safety anymore with PEP 612

3rd panel is a great example of how brutal kids can be

Seems like it. Especially with the "blowjobs don't count" guy from a few comics back

I think @eleitl@lemm.ee gets it in their comment. The joke kind of misses because of a bad book title (maybe Larson was riffing on a popular self-help book series at the time?), but the general joke afaict is that he's stuck in a catch-22 of not being able to improve himself with a self-help book because he would need to improve himself in order to read it.

Middle panel feels like a meme template. Can't quite think of what to put there though:
