I'm not sure how they compare between each other (Gabi and Hario), but I don't really see much difference from manually pooring. Basically going the immersion route makes your water touch the coffee longer. That might extract more fats and make it less healthy, and in my opinion not a better taste (I don't like other immersion products either). Taste is personal of course.

It might give you a slight improvement in comfort, but at what cost.

Yeah that's right, if you need to brew a few batches and keep it warm then it's awesome. But for just a large cup, I can do the manual labour ๐Ÿ˜‚. I love them all, and every piece of hardware in there serves a purpose

We have a store in the Netherlands that's called xenos. If you use the search on their website (xenos.nl), for the word 'wandrek' you will get their sizes and options

Yeah that's the same. They only stock a single type of them at my local store, but that's a small one
