I think it'd be a good thing. I can't imagine a world where social media companies comply. They'd just block it in that state. The uproar and backlash would be immediate. It would likely be political suicide for anyone supporting it.
Youtube. I used to have a front end that would allow the phone to lock while playing but that broke so I just raw dog it now.
Noise canceling headphones and white/background noise or music. Rather than true "white noise" I prefer deeper stuff like cosmic or other low wavelength noise.
Hour for me with adderall. It's especially great if you need to wake up super early for some reason.

Look man. If my favorite football team sucks and makes shitty deals for players and has a losing record, I'm still going over the top saying they're gonna beat our main rivals and are the best ever. Devil's advocate and IANAL, but illegally obtained evidence can still be admitted so long as at some point there was a legal means to obtain it. I'm sure there's a ton of nuance that goes into the specifics and especially regarding this case, but it's not like that stuff is completely tossed out of it was found illegally.
