Just to be clear, because the following could be misunderstood when posted alone: I'm not looking for an argument, use whatever you prefer. I'm just curious.

What use cases do you have that aren't available (or take lots of configuration) on Mint?

Linux gaming is pretty good these days. Basically the only major games you can't play are the ones running super intrusive anticheats.

Generally speaking, you never want to use a low port (<1024) for anything other than the service assigned to it, because it causes all kinds of headache. Both on your side and on the other side. As for high ports, pick whichever one you prefer. They don't have any binding to a given service, though there are some conventions.

The thing that shows people you're running a VPN is not the port but the protocol header, so changing the port is pretty much useless if you want your ISP to not know you're running a VPN for some reason.

Basically the only major ones not running on Linux are the ones using a ring 0 anticheat at this point.

I mean, tons of old drivers are on the repositories of major distros, you just have to install them. Just because it's not in the kernel as pre-configured doesn't mean you can't just add it.

I mean, CS:GO runs smoothly on Linux, and afaik so do Arma and Siege (not sure on the last one). They're not open source, but yeah, they run.

I've always just tabbed out while crafting larger batches. Sitting there watching the bar doesn't make sense.

But yeah, it would be nice if they made it so the crafting bar moves only a set amount of times before your crafting is automatically finished. That does mean that you'll have no way to cancel the crafting process after a certain amount if you accidentally put in a wrong number, but for me personally it would be worth it.

Re: legendary crafting, I don't know anyone who does them in one go, but maybe I just don't know enough rich people xD

Yeah, Gyala was the post-release content update for EoD. Similar sizes of post-release updates are planned for every new mini-expansion, plus the mini expansions themselves.

Oh nice! I wasn't sure when we'd be seeing the new fractal. Time to fail it repeatedly!

What in the late 90s/early 2000s Internet is this

Es ging um eine Aktion die Tage vorher angekündigt war. Das Gericht hat im Prinzip gesagt "die Aktion war angekündigt, ihr hättet sie umgehen können, das ist keine Nötigung."

Generally speaking, if you forgot you have the account while actively trying to think about it, you likely won't miss it.

If you're really worried about losing access to somewhere important, I would recommend migrating them one by one. Once you migrate one account to your new mail, move all the mails from that service to another folder. If you have e-mails from services you deem not important enough to migrate, just move them to another folder (or delete them).

Proceed until there are no more e-mails in your original inbox.
