It won't work since there's no RHEL10 repo. You can however use CentOS (Stream) 10 repo, I use it that way and it works!
It was a now defunct Korean Mastodon instance. Actually it was the biggest Korean fediverse instance. (Now that record is superseded by planet.moe.)
It shut down sometime in 2023 after some moderation drama. It was a Korean Mastodon instance, the biggest one at that. (Now planet.moe is the largest Korean fediverse instance.)
The old 410 gone page available on IA says:

UPDATE: It got revived as the original owner's personal instance.
BTW one of the maintainer forked it so if you need upgrade path, it exists. (at least for now)
Since this instance is hosted on Korean home internet - which they throttle traffic to/from overseas - you might have some delays, especially to EU. (US is a bit better) Otherwise we have a very high performance server with Threadripper 7960X and 256GB of RAM.
EDIT: seems like federation to l.w is extra slow for some reason lol, one more reason to use another instance
EDIT EDIT: Dug a bit more, feddit.uk and dbzer0 get almost instant federation but l.w is very, very slow.
EDIT x3: No, sometimes it's under 1min and other times it's weirdly slow. Federation is a hassle sometimes lol
Note that you still need t2linux-specific patches to make it work on your Intel MacBooks with T2 chip.
GPL does not restrict you from selling the software, though you can't stop getting distributed by someone who bought it. Even RMS himself sold Emacs back in the day.
EDIT: I'm not saying it's justified in moral sense, I think it sucks ass. But it's not against the licence.
I care enough to host one
Me from the only Lemmy instance in South Korea:
