If all you are doing is playing games, then steam remote play will work fine. Remmina is a great rdp tool if you're looking for a full desktop experience

The max MSRP for a car or SUV is $50k to qualify. I don't think there would be a lot of SUV EV's that would come in under that price point, especially with vehicle prices right now
