It couldn't have happened to a nicer platform
1.) because Revolt isn't trying to do federation. It's community driven open-source project not backed by a company.
2.) you can easily self-host a Revolt server. Then you can make your own rules.
Not everything has to be federated
@git Jerboa isn't terribly bad but I understand why people think it isn't good.
I'm hoping the Infinity dev makes one for kbin though, would be a great fit
