i had my very first class of French 1 this week and am over the moon to be back learning another language in a classroom setting! so far it’s looking more challenging for me than my previous learning, but still very doable for me. i’m optimistic i’m going to take to it very quickly.
this is probably my last resort if i can’t get the rust off, less waste than replacing the whole thing. i really don't think the previous owner took good care of it, there was a ton of food grime as well
wow, this is what happened to me in January 2020 almost exactly. those friends that made fun of me and called me a doomsday prepper ended up apologizing come March, but they’re no longer in my life. while the covid comments weren’t the reason, i definitely am glad i’m not around them with everything that’s happening now. the gaslighting of “everything’s fine, you’re overreacting” was shitty 5 years ago, i can’t even imagine it now
this was how it worked on forums back in the day, no? i see it as a revival of a good thing
what are the main barriers at present to rolling this out on a wider scale? is it still somewhat unproven as a technology, or just considered too expensive?
this was a fantastic read, have been meaning to rewatch RotS and am going to try and freeze frame on this guy’s face
